1 pint cherry tomatoes
8 oz mini mozerella balls
Fresh basil leaves
Due Vittore Balsamic Vinegar Glaze
- Step 1
Spear the middle of cherry tomato through skewer and slide to the end.
- Step 2
Fold a small basil leaf in half and spear through skewer. For larger leaves cut in half, otherwise it's flavour will be overwhelming.
- Step 3
Repeat with mozeralla ball, then repeat process with tomato, basil and mozerella again.
