Cinnamon, Lupin and Coconut Granola
1 cup Lupin Flakes
½ cup NATURE’S LANE FINE COCONUT
½ cup NATURE’S DELIGHT PEPITAS
½ cup NATURE’S DELIGHT SUNFLOWER SEEDS
¼ cup NATURE’S DELIGHT ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN COCONUT OIL
4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup puffed millet
¼ cup rice malt syrup
- Step 1
Preheat oven to 160°C.
- Step 2
In a bowl toss all the ingredients until well mixed and evenly coated.
- Step 3
Transfer the mix to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Step 4
Roast, tossing after 10 minutes, then roast for a further 10 minutes, until golden brown.
Pay close attention for the final 3 minutes as it can brown very quickly.
