Mediterranean Linguine with Spicy Tomato Sauce
200g Castiglioni Linguine
1 x 500g bottle of Don Antonio Spicy Tomato Sauce (Sugo All�Arrabbiata)
80g green olives, pitted and halved
50g semi-dried tomatoes cut into thin strips
10g capers, unsalted
Fresh basil leaves
30g extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic crushed
- Step 1
Cook the Castiglioni Linguine in salted boiling water as per pack instructions.
- Step 2
While the pasta is cooking, Sautee the garlic in oil. Add capers, olives and sundried tomatoes, cook for 2 minutes. Add the Don Antonio Spicy Tomato Sauce and simmer for 6 minutes.
Drain the pasta.
- Step 3
Spoon the sauce over the hot pasta in the serving bowls and garnish with fresh basil and chilli, if desired.
